That is what confusing me after reading the terms of services for a half hour

You might have read them but you certainly are having an issue with comprehension , of course sharing accounts is against the tos. Giving your account information to ANYONE breaks the tos.

Back in update 2 (got a screen shot of it) the ToS used to say this: You may share your password, buy, sell, give or trade any account, attempt to buy, sell, give or trade any account. You are at risk if you share, or do what was stated above, BUT ITS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, we recommend you not doing the following above, therefor One Thumb Mobile will not retrieve lost gold or items as it is in your fault for sharing your account details.

Seems legit but I guess over the years there has been top many complaints that selling accounts is illegal in the game since it ruins the fun,

The ToS also says they can change the ToS at anytime...so your info is irrelevant

Who cares about ToS. (Alot of things happen in-game and out-game its ridiculess. But yeah they changed the ToS anytime they wish

Well nearly every clan out there has a clan bank... so this is account sharing, since usually more than 1 person knows the logs for the bank.
