Is it good?

I used to have it. The only good thing really was the 40 regen and the +100 Magic at level 100. Altogether it makes up for a better ammy than the shop lvl 100 one, but I would not suggest keeping it after level 140, where new better lux is available. At level 100 its relatively good for its cheap price (as a lux ammy).

There's a point where legacy ammys outdo lux, as a druid I wouldn't recommend using it.

Honestly for me 100-150 the ammy doesn’t really matter if it does the job cool, and if you’ve got it roll with it just my opinion since at that lvl doesn’t really take long, I think I used hero ammy til 150 just cause it’s what I had on hand

Once upon a time it was the go to amulet, especially for pvp. it's terrible now though, there's better alternatives.
