Anybody find this useful?

Its two handed apparently the weapon description messed up a bit but back to the question would any druid find this useful in anyway any info is appreciated

Thnks for the info elvra didnt once thing of it as a collecters item u just opened my eyes lol and ty for the proc stats that will come in handy if i decide to sell it ty for ur time
