#2Idk about “new” because the last 3 developers joined the same day. I saw all 3 of them on the new member thingy. So I think they just didn’t have forum accounts.
And don’t assume genders.. because this whole time I thought Tadaaah was a guy but later I ended up founding out I was wrong.

#3They may be new, or else just got around to making a forum account. The developers don’t really have much of a need to interact on the forums, so it could be that they’ve been at VR for a while.

#4Some of the "new" devs have actually been in the team for a while but havent popped up on forums yet. Which is quite a relief for me, it makes me realize the team is larger than what we see on forums. More arms on the job is just better in most cases.
