Hey Heroes,

Due to recent events both in-game and on the forum I would like to remind you that the forums are not a platform to appeal account bans.

Threads doing so will be moved to the Developer Only section of the forum.

All appeals must be sent to our Appeals Team found at Appeals@onethumbmobile.com who will assist and detail the reasons behind the ban.

While I understand why topics have arisen we can only progress appeals with the account owner via official channels, the forum is a hub of discussion, not for disputing a ban.
