#1how often is appeals checked? sent an email a while ago and just wondering how quick the replies are.

Spotted this before heading to bed!
Appeals shall be tackled as soon as I get to the office in the morning.
They are aimed to be repiled by Friday of each week but this depends on the volume of tickets/appeals that we are dealing with at that time.

#3I have a few friends that got banned and they have sent in multiple appeals but have never heard anything back.
