Most likely all zones, but they're the only zones I visited doing bounties for an hour.
Skills taking 3+ seconds to cast after tapping. Trading items takes several seconds before showing up in trade window.
It's just like yesterday's lag, not as bad, but similar symptoms. Was okay this morning but it started degrading after several hours of server being up. Most likely a memory leak of some kind. Not many online so it can't be server congestion.

We were killing the level 160 6 star monolith in OW an hour ago. Terrible lag. Can't cast skills.
