I’m new to this forum so I’m not sure if this is in the right section but I have emailed support like 4 times already about a paid offer that I completed via fyber on my character Straight Shot which I haven’t received my platinum for.
‘This isn’t the first time this has happened and I’m not impressed.
Somebody told me I would have better luck here so this is my last option.

#2Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the advertising companies offers. They are controlled by the advertising company and the companies who advertise through them.
Please contact the company the offer was completed with by tapping the "Need Help" button found at the bottom of the advertisers page in-game.
If you do this, please send them a screenshot of the offers page on your device that shows the offer you are referring to and also include any reference numbers that are present on the screen to allow them to locate your devices offer easier.

#3I've gotten my plat up to 4 months later after doing those offers so it may eventually come.
