Celtic Heroes

For years I've levelled my toons in exactly the same way but there's these repeatable quests now and new quests that I've never seen.

So what's the best fastest way to level now? I'm working on my level 60 atm

Kill everything with a red name. If it moves, kill it.

I think quests are there for variety but I don't think they are going to beat lixing.
