Another server downtime today as we preform final checks and changes for our cross platform servers.

We estimate downtime to be roughly 3 - 4 hours, anything changes notification will be provided on the forum.

Will this allow me to play my account I still can't even sign into? It was really disappointing to discover that I couldn't play it after the wait.

- Username for account -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

Have you attempted to force close the app, restart device and reload the game?

We were encountering the same issue last night and these steps resolved the issue.

Well for me it says incorrect username or password... I tried it over and I know it was correct. I have it all written down. I even loaded CH on my iPod and tried signing in and it was correct (I would use the iPod if it wasn't so leggy and worthless)

17 hours of maintenance in a day....

Sweet so if my calculations are correct last maintenance was approx 6-8 hours turned into 14-15hours. This maintenance is 3-4hours so I'm gonna guess 7-8hours this time. Unless it can be sooner but so far this is rediculous
