#1I accidentally mailed a high value item to the wrong person instead of myself and contacted support but still have not heard anything back!

#2If the recipient doesn't open the mail for 28 days then you will get it back. However if he/she does open it...tough luck. Support wont give it back to you since it's your fault.

#8I'm sure if you ask them they will mail it back to you shadow, can pretty much guarantee it if they are in Seed and a lot of those outside of clan still have good ethics when it comes to this stuff.
