The last thing I can see from the team is Support asking for your receipt of purchase, typically sent by email or from your iTunes / Play Store history.
The team will require this to process your support email.

#4This is just pure bs ive waited and waited and waited im tired of waiting give me a refund i shouldn't have to wait 2 months for 4000 plat i want a refund i dont even want you to give me the damn platnium just give me my money back i will not wait any longer ive emailed more than 3 times ive sent many screenshots of receipts and no answers i even pmed muldar give me my money back or give me the stupid platnium my patience is up ive been patient long enough give me plat or refund now lvl 79mage on android server donn
