Proteus testrun on DONN

We did a test run on server DONN. We didnt have all the high levled players on tho. If you have any suggestions what we can do to make better fighting.. except offtank, it would help alot.

A key note for your mages. Don't spam lures. I am not sure if they did spam lures but I think they did. Lures last 50 seconds ish. I am not sure about how long the skill cooldowns of proteus damage shields are, but they have to wait for the damage shield to override their lure to cast their lure again. This saves dps lives.

Easiest way is to have 3 tanks. One main tank for prot, two off tanks for the adds. The off tanks should not need Druids if they use armor, defense and hp lix.

Mages have to pay attention to when he casts his dmg shields. Due to avoids, it would be best to have two mages for each lure. Don't cast lures until he has cast his dmg shields. Your lures are round, his dmg shield is diamond shaped. If your melee don't want to pot through his aoe skills, they will need to run out of range when he starts casting.

It's best to have two rogues with max smoke and expose (expose most important) to help mages land their lures.

When he gets low health, he will start self healing. You can combat this heal with a bash or freeze. Again, expose is needed to help these land.

When he rages, make sure you have at least one, preferably two or three rangers with bolas.

Most important things to killing him after rage is bolas, and stopping his heals.

We have two tanks one for boss and one for adds the add tank is tanking adds right here the entrance,

we always have one Mage full lures all are 50/50

We have are melee dps run out of range before the raptor blades happen so they don't get slown down,

On left upper corner is the tank. He gets hit by very high raged auto dmg

Your tank is standing way too close to Proteus while its raged.
And did he even use a travel/combo lix to run fast?

Get a tank with High sigils, travel lixs. He shall run in big circles around and far from boss, only get close to bash

With 2 bolas (at least) you can run around the boss forever unless bolas misses or you get bashed at wrong moment.
