Spawn window changed to 5 mins but no they do not drop crowns.

if they didn't want to increase drop rates of Skain necklaces because of balance reasons and the rate of how many items enter the server in a certain time frame, this is pretty much the same thing.

Except its not endgame so it doesnt create any balance issues.
