Mobs have shadows, but there's no sun! Urgent!!

Donn player reporting an urgent message!
We have no sun!!!
In all maps I've checked there is no sign of any sun, but the mobs have shadows!
This is urgent and we need a sun asap! My crops are dying! My chickens aren't frying!

Would be nice if they implemented three-to-six-hour cycles of day and night for outside environments. Different mobs can spawn during different times of the day.

I'm not sure i should say this because you can't 'unsee' it but....
Every single butterfly in lirs is flying backwards! Now I'm no lepidopterist but the wider part of the wing on any specie is typically first for aerodynamical reasons any engineering student would uncomfortably mutter about for two minutes before changing the subject. These inconsistencies have got to end!

A sun has been added in the beta.
So expect to see the sun in the next event. This will be the first Beltane event with a sun.

Yay Beltane event with sun. However summer is half over and summer event hasn't started
