Well! In the event it was released in, 2013 I believe, popular demand from Players made OTM turn it one handed so it could be used with an offhand. But now... When I unearthed from the dusty cobwebs of my vault, it was two handed. Change it back. And make it possible to toggle instruments from mainland to offhand. So I can bash someone with lute and harp at same time.

It was one handed as a bug and otm changed it to two handed, but due to player feedback otm returned it to one-hand as multiple people bought it because it was one handed. remained that way until the new engine in which it was mistakenly made two-handed again however otm conveniently forgot it was supposed to be one-handed or they just don't care enough about the few people who own them to fix the bug.

They're only a collector's item anyways. The only time I see these being used are like the first day of an event where someone brings it out while camping a boss to show off; other than that it's just the castle dwellers. Why does it matter whether it is 1 or 2 handed?

i like it on my alt druid to be used with a master grimoire for the extra sparkly and the energy regen

Are they actually worth anything nowadays? I remember first week of that event people were offering 1-2m for bards and minstrels were around 30-50k. Since then my 3 bards have been collecting dust in a bank and I gave away all the minstrels. Not very fun to collect event items anymore when it's just the same instruments over and over again with different looks

I bought my one handed Samhain harp. I loved it when it was one handed and wish it was again. I probably would not have bought it two handed.
