I totally would love any new addition to game loot that doesnt just add stat or ability bonuses. Something with unique abilities would be a dream come true. Stuff to interupt skill casting for 5 seconds, or to make them stay in combat for twice as long, or to knock back an enemy. The possibilities are endless.

other possible skills - an auto res item would be cool (process chance maybe).

HP and energy regen item that are actually worthwhile for end-game players..
