Things that make me want to quit

Ok we are in between builds in beta and so we (I) get more time to poke around the general forum and I had a thought.

Please share what are the specific things about Celtic Heroes Version 3 (the one that is live right now) that have made you think of quitting the game. Perhaps you did quit the game and came back. Maybe you got so mad you almost deleted your characters. What makes you want to say. "I'm done."
Please keep the comments limited to the game itself. We know life happens and you got too busy at school or work. That isnt the games fault.

So this is a very personal description of why you want to quit.
Please do not accuse anybody of being wrong.
You can say "Really you hate that? Wow, that is one of the reasons I love this game."
But please no "You are soo wrong how can you possible believe such garbage."

Why have you quit? What makes you want to quit?

As a special plus you can tell us why you havn't quit. What makes you stay?

YOU did! :p

Seriously though, your formula for Str/Dmg was one of the major factors that made it easier to ... just drop the game for a couple of months. It confirmed what I already suspected before that stats were/Are being used equally across all classes. For me at least, this is a fairly large barrier that keeps CH from being a great game.

There were other issues too, those mostly outside the criteria you listed here.

This is just the nature of MMORPGs with clan systems always happens always will the bigger problem isnthisngame doesnt have the content to support this. Also what u say about the game being easy for few higher lvls its just the way u play for example on my server we used to be a weak clan. After a while we split off from members who werent helping as made a new clan we became better friends and still had ppl we didnt like we grew stronger now the game is easy but before tha we struggled. No high lvls had it easy we all worked for it so suggesting otherwise is wrong. Just because u cant put in the same amount of effort as others doesnt mean anything other then u will be weaker then the ones who can. This is normal in all MMORPGs and like i said before this game doesnt have the content to support this.

For example high lvls have nothing to do at high lvls so they are forced to quit, make alts, or kill bosses. Most choose to kill bosses and make alts well at high lvls we only have one boss so we kill others. We also have alts so we kill bosses to get the upgrades for our alts. If the game had more content for us we wouldnt need to but as it is now we have little choice. Also i suggest before saying high lvls have it easy u get to that lvl then use ur experience and not just pull things together from a one sided view.

Here is an example of what I really dislike. Just the other day I was training my druid mid 80s, one of the stonevale quest bosses appeared on my map while I am trying to make verdranox spawn. I go over there and a level 150 + is killing, I heal him and invite to group. He rejects, I tell him I can give up drop, he rejects, I say dude I just want kill for quest you get everything gold drop etc. he rejects. He rejected every level appropriate and quest trying player. This is what pisses me off the most about the game. A level 150+ player just demoralizing players.
P.S. Doont tell me to level up, I am currently trying to level up.

This is the type of behaviour that angers me. It hasn't pushed me to want to quit, but I have had moments where I would stop playing for a week or so because someone has done it to me.

7 players from your clan not 4, of the only 30ish (if that) beta testers.
So yes it is a big concern for me and my future in the game.
We know its a big joke to you 7 in Avalon but to the rest of us its not.
If I say we really had 8 beta testers from Avalon, would it make you quit for good?

This is the best part of this game. The ability to make choices that affect things (good or bad). With target lock you couldn't have killed it anyway. This encourages you to communicate and socialize. Go make some friends, join a clan, or wait for the next Verdranox. When people do those things they get a bad reputation and believe me it matters down the line. Making these choices to grief or ks gives a lifelike gaming experience that will be shattered when target lock is implemented creating a very linear "do-it-yourself" game.

Were you playing your druid DrDerp? Perhaps your forum reputation preceded you.

I think having "bad" players in the game is a good thing. If everyone could just play through the game and achieve everything easily... go buy an xbox.

The point of an MMO is that you get similar scenarios to real life, you meet some really good people and some really bad scumbags and learn how to handle it all and find entertainment from it.

What has made me want to quit in this game are only 2 things:

1) Content added is very slow
2) Classes are very unbalanced
