Right, I forgot about that. I don't think that bug affects everyone, does it? I haven't tried sending a ticket recently. If you can't send a ticket than ya there's the email.

Unfortunately, there is no in-game way to get back dropped gear, even quest gear like Dragonlord.

How long has it been since you emailed support? They might be running a bit slow from the corona-timewarp, so it might take a bit longer than usual.

Ya, if it hasn't been a week yet I would be patient it can take a while sometimes.
