I am banned for *abusing rhe pay system*?

Hi to everyone.My account is banned because i *abused the pay system*.
I never ever did that.
I have spent 150€ on this game and I had a big problem.Even though I was buying the bundles I wanted not all of them gave me my plat.
I log out and logged in again and NOTHING!
I talked with people on my world and they said to go to *google.play.com* and ask for refund whiel also deleting game and reinstalling.I did all of that and I finally got the plat from my purchases.

WHY AM I BANNED???
FOR A PROBLEM?
I have asked for help but no one did.And now I am banned???
People in game told me to do that so I do get my plat and my money doesnt go wasted.I did!!!
Why am I banned????
I didnt do anhthing bad.
Its not my fault that I had to ask for refunds for dome of my purchases and try to rebuy???
I will give you my email or anything.Just pls help!!
I really need HELP!!!!!!ANYONE???
I have spent money on this game and I am banned for a problem I solved myself with help of other people???

If you think your account was unfairly or unnecessarily banned, send an email to appeals@onethumbmobile.com to request that they re-review it. The forum rules don't allow for discussion of account bans, and none of the players/mods on the forums here can do anything to help you.

If you have already emailed an appeal, then there's not much else we can help you with.
I would also recommend not sending multiple emails to them as it clutters the workflow and delays the response time incrementally.

Support usually takes a few days to get back on tickets, but I'm not really sure how long Appeals takes - possibly about the same length. Theoretically you should hear back by the end of the week, but it might be longer.

Like Mind said, the more emails you send, the more it complicates the process, so don't spam them. I understand being worried and frustrated about not being able to log in, but there really isn't anything that can be done to speed the process up...anything else you do will likely just slow it down. Make sure you have a list of proof (like email receipts) of your in-app purchase(s) through the Play Store, and if you asked for a refund from Google, also keep track of any emails you got from that - Appeals may need those to resolve the issue.

I have all the emails from refunds.
Is there really nothing I can do?
And yes I am frustrated from not loging in.But wouldnt you be?
Especially when you have spent real money in it?
Sorry if I pressure you gues I just hate the fuct my account is disabled bcs of me who solved his own problem.

Typically bans along these lines happen when plat rewarded doesn't match the amount you were charged, usually caused by you triggering a refund.
I have only played and bought plat via IOS, so I can't comment on the android market or potential IAP delays with android.
As for dealing with VR, their support team usually replies within 48 hours, however the more emails you send the longer it takes. Be patient.

Refund Abuse is where a player refunds purchases after obtaining Platinum and spending it in our Premium Shop.

You have already emailed appeals@onethumbmobile.com 5 times in the last 24 hours. Please wait for a response before sending another email, as this slows down our entire process.
