I had went to buy mounts from the shop and accidentally bought 8 silver tigers instead of wolfs to get towards a spirit mount. Then I had to sell back and lost half of my mount tokens, is there any way to get these back? It was the worst mistake and money down the drain. I had sent a support mail a week ago and an email a few days ago. Thanks

#2Double refunds may complicate it slightly, but Support should still be able to help you out. It’s possible that they are more backed up than usual right now because of Christmas, but should respond shortly, especially if it’s been a week since your first message (sending multiple support in-game tickets or emails will only complicate the process).
