Now I’m sure y’all know about the garden offhands , on how the dps one gives a lure and dmg impact now the healing one does a heal per tick effect , now what does this one do at level 8 im sure something cool not sure if many bothered with it

Its very cool, if ur definition of cool is utterly useless.
