i would like to know where the Jade or Opal spiders are in carrowmore tunnels. I can not find them.

This is for an Elite Bounty.

Right here just outside of this tunnel North of Fianna Encampment ley.

Sometimes you have to kill lots of the other spiders in that area to make them spawn if there's none up.
