Dignified rank yet no quests

hi my character is currently Rank 2 with reavers yet cant acess the quest.
can anyone help me out?
EDIT: clannie said its t2 needed, been away a long time mains are above t3 already.. is it t3 or t2 noone seems to know

Quest starts at Level 3 afaik?

t3 if you mean the weekly, t2 for daily repeatable and stuff

Sounds like you haven’t even started the storyline, go talk to the people at the leystone, get a quest where you run around and talk to both factions.
