Logging in using user/password
Both Apple and android devices struggling
WiFi connection
Server: Lugh

Happening intermittently if you keep trying eventually can log in but takes a good few attempts

I have the same problem using iOS, multiple devices.
User name and password
On and off WiFi.

I keep trying and eventually it works. But it takes a long time and patience.

Same here issues just now..

Please provide us with some additional information to look into the issue faster:

Are you logging in using Facebook or Username/Password?
What server did you last play on?
Are you connected to WifI or cellular connection?

I’m logging in using username & password, I was playing on arawn cooking in tavern I logged out for a brief second but now I’m stuck on the connecting page I tried on both wifi and data

And just a side note I started noticing this about 8-9 hours ago. It was fine throughout the day yesterday. Maybe bounce the authentication server?

Many people in my clan also can not log in, this issue appears some 10-14 hrs ago on server mabon. And some people still cannot log in.

I cant log as well

Cant login my main character because it says that my character is online when i login with alt and check in clan list hes in tavern, when i got to tavern hes not there not even in area list.. and when i try to login with main account it just brings me to server list and doesnt allow me to connect to donn.. and when i try to change server it says that account is already online..
Can you please kick him offline as sevral hours passed and hes stil online.. thanks

Idk if this might help but try resetting ur toon’s location to the castle using the “character stuck” in the options menu.

I cant get to the character screen on that account.. it only lets me come to server list
