I’d like to start this off by saying I dig the luxury pets, not the drop rates.. but I do like the pets themselves, I had a t6 dragon on sniper and when I saw the seedlings I had to get one so I have a t6 volt seedling (I named him Elon) but am very saddened that still not a way to refund dragon.. I don’t even wanna sell the eggs I wanna use on my alt, but if VR keeps adding new pets are we supposed to just leave the old ones taking up backpack space? Unless I’m missing something vr doesn’t really lose anything by putting in a refund method?

I could see if like the pets were good for hotswaping but there not... thoughts on what to do with my poor hungry t6 draggy

and spirit mounts too just in case.

As much as I’d love to be able to move my luxury pets around and redistribute eggs, I doubt they will want refunds available on jackpot tier chest items.

Keeping the need for constant consumption of chests, for constant supply of power to the servers.

They said in a different post they weren’t going to do it. Which probably means itl never happen because even tho premium pets should be treated like the rest, the bottom line is they make more money if we can’t refund them. Money is what they care about.

Yes and No. They obviously care about money, because that's what's going to put a roof over their house and food on the table. So in this case it makes sense to NOT provide a refund on these types of pets ensuring that they remain a luxury collectible item. However, if every single player was in an uproar over this, then denying those players would risk their potential income. So it's more of a "pick your battles." What does the developer think will be better for the long-term survival of this game. At some point I do think Celtic Heroes may need to reinvent itself like how Order and Chaos did, but in a better way that saves the money players have spent here.

I also think they have one more luxury pet to come out with to satisfy non-DPS druids and those wishing for more support type of pets beyond the red phoenix and the salve root. After that, I think the creation of luxury pets will likely come to an end.

Until the super luxury spectral omega ultra premium-er pet comes out for even more money.

With premium pets constantly being added to the game, it does make sense to have something to do with old premium pet.

Maybe treat it as a Tier 4 pet and exchange for pet tokens?
