Glad it wasn't something I did, as I just came to check if others were having the same issues. I would like to thank the fast response, given the thai new year. I do hope they will be up before Thursday, but things happen. Thanks for letting us know your on it!

Hi, we're aware, however the office is closed until Thursday (Thai new year). That said we've got some of the team looking into it. There may be a restart at some point without much notice.

Still having issues (intermittently), any chance of an update when this might be fixed?

Update again...
I have to download everything again, i have to download 800+mb again. This is crazy! Wtf!

They did say could be a while, but hopefully someone will just slip into the office and flick a switch then go back to the party
