Unacceptable And Unprofessional Level of Communication and Customer Service

I have played Celtic Heroes since 2011. I am the chief of one of the games oldest clans and a longtime, consistent purchaser of platinum to support the game we all love. I am not a raging adolescent looking to flame on these boards- I simply wish to express my profound disappointment in the horrendous customer service you are currently providing a very loyal player base. You have a literal gold mine at your fingertips and don’t seem to care that we are going days- actual full days- with no access to our game. You also are not using these forums effectively. At the very least, we should have access to some updates more than every other day- and, for gods sake, someone has to work weekends. I understand, as a company that has many games under your umbrella, you have other cash cows to milk, but please consider the revenue stream you could have here in Celtic Heroes with just a little effort. I understand the transition from VR may be a significant hurdle, but surely you can do better than what we have witnessed the last two weeks.

An increase in effort and attention towards reviving this game will pay off in the long run- it has a solid foundation and great avenues for content growth and development- but you will lose many dedicated players if the current issues are not addressed. I would hate to see the demise of a game that has such promise ( and history)

Take it to them Gus! I haven’t been on in the last three days or so due to connectivity issues as I only last 15-20 mins before being logged out and these waits have made it impossible to lvl or further advance and I’m just getting going on my exalted D.L. As well I’ve been playing since 2011 with many years in between granted (due to kiddos growing up) however after losing my O.G account and just getting back into it and dropping all the hours and many real life dollars on plat to be shrugged off like this is very aggravating. I really miss my outliers as y’all are pretty much a home away from home haha. Hopefully we can be reunited soon otherwise I’m sure there’s a few of us that may find new games to pass what tiny bit of free time we actually have.

Well said Gus. I am an O.G 2011 player also and am very much disappointed in first the hacking and then lack of connectivity. It’s killing long time players motivation. And want to even consider buying plat!

Well guess what? In life, stuff happens, deal with it and move on 🤷‍♂️ I think you may owe DECA an apology since its been revealed that irs vr that has been working on the downtime issues, its vr who hasnt updated the game since they had it, not to mention that deca has been communicative all the way through, and if they havent said anything it brings up the point, why say anything if they have nothing to say.

Wouldn't it be better if they were allowed to work through this and give a more meaningful update at the end, like we just had...whats the point in giving an update such as "We apologise for the recent downtime, the team is very much still working on the issue"....
