Any clues on how to spawn it? Or if the 3 blades per server is correct, ive being killing the 3 180 2* behind wraith boss in ow (which is alittle south) with no luck, spent month's on 4 servers, Around a year in total, im just wondering if I've been told incorrect information by greedy People and maybe have being killing the incorrect mobs over and over, maybe there is a certain mob of the 3 to kill? Any ideas?

It spawns in the corner with the three level 130ish blackstones just before Chained King. It’s the corner mob that is the placeholder.
