Common Issues with the Update and some troubleshooting steps:

Black screen when launching app - Resolved
1. Exit the game
2. Make sure you are updated to the latest version
3. Restart the game

"Can't install app" on Android - Resolved
1. Remove Celtic Heroes Beta from your device
2. Clear your Play Store cache (Go to Settings > App)
3. Restart your device
4. Download Celtic Heroes 3D MMORPG version 3.2.1 - https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... lticheroes

Low frame rates Resolved with today's patch.
1. Close any other open apps you may have running in the background
2. Restart Celtic Heroes

Crashing Most cases should be resolved with today's patch.
1. Uninstall the app and clear your cache
2. Restart the phone
3. Reinstall Celtic Heroes

I will add more as we identify further issues with troubleshooting steps.

Game sticks on Loading Game screen on IPad x running iOS 12.1 and iPad 2 running 12.0. Shut app and completely restarted phone but still not loading.

Since resolved by deleting app and reinstalling from App Store. Wouldn’t allow me to directly sign in to my existing account. Entering username and password just took me to new player creation screen. Had to set up new character before going to main menu trying to register new character and setting to herne server. Couldn’t register new character but when logging back in managed to successfully log into existing account

Devices: iPhone 5s and iPad 3rd generation
OS: 12.01 on both devices
Crashing:
iPhone 5s immediately upon logging into the area and performing another action such as opening a menu or moving around.
iPad third generation: can log into any area and move around slowly and open menus or talk to others but if attempt to fight or move quickly on a mount the areas frame rate doesn’t keep up and the app crashes.

All backgrounds cleared before loading the game

Also both devices are skipping frames and glitching at the log in menu with glitches graphics.

I doubt the lag comes from background apps

Skips frames and periodically freezes momentarily, even with graphics turned down.

Iphone6 iOS 12.1- I immediately crash seconds after logging in heroes landing when tried making a new character. I crashed in mordris pit, Farcrag Castle, murky vaults, pretty much everywhere and immidiate crash after pressing any buttons.

iPad Air not working, crash all the Time , i can log my toon but game crashed when i touched screen
IOS 12.1

iOS 12.1
iPhone XS running smooth as buttermilk.
iPad mini 4 running smooth as the Rocky Mountains. 1 or 2 disconnects so far, camera movement is glitchy, complete frame drop every so often. Running with max draw and detail distance, and everything else set to minimum.

iPad Air 2 & IPad mini 2 (husband and wife team).

When log in, can’t do a thing. If I touch anything it will freeze and crash.

Turned down all graphics (on iPad Air 2 as I could stay in long enough. No change.
I have updated to latest IOS. No change.
Hav turned off and restarted device. No change.
Now deleted game and reinstalling. No change.

All now crash as soon as entering.

iPhone 7, iOS 12.1

By using rings and normal skill points the skill lightning strike is able to get to 51/40 (I’m lvl 200) that deals 550 dmg and requires no energy. So far I have checked with shield of bark and bless and both aren’t able to get to 51 so I might be an isolated bug
