Hey so right now my toon is lvl 109 and I've been doing the kelpie horn quest, I was wondering when do I unlock the next repeatable ? Thank you

The next repeatable is the ghosts ramp signal/beacon/ I forget fire quests. Start them at 110, I heard you can continue doing them until 142. 150k Xp each time.

Just run the quest line until you hit Razorclaw. Do razorclaw until 118, then do quest line again until you hit Sentinel. Then do Razor and Sentinel until 134. Swap razor for magus quest at 134, and keep doing sent and magus until 142. After 142 those 2 diminish.

Where are these quests located at ??

Just follow the quest line in the otherworld. Will eventually send you to carrow camp (razorclaw) and later to blackstone bridge(sentinel).
