Same! I am not able to connect to forums at all and I have used 4 devices on different networks. When I googled the celtic heroes by useing their IP address for the forum it said

you should be fine from that one you attached.

Im getting the same issue as the OP when I try to get to the forums or the CH website when I am on my home wifi or on 4G. However I can get to it from work. Here is the error message i am getting on my iPhone:

I tried it with chrome on my iPhone 5s and I got this error message:

Hi, thank you for fixing the forum. Now it works and we don't have to use default DNS that brings viruses to our devices. cheers!

Same here, I fixed it by unplugging/replugging wifi power
