Power level with cooking ingredients

Has anyone ever aid someone in ingredients to power level them? Trying to figure what a fair compensation would be

I think its fair for buying grown plants about 10 gold each and the meats 15-25 gold a piece!
This is pretty cheap in my server few people sell at these prices I usually farm myself but this is what I use for my account!

I've been farming the rare Oriental Spices for high level cooking. But not many on my server are buying them unfortunately.

Can anyone tell me how rare the Oriental Spices are? Since you can only get them from 3 named cooks. Then you must wait for there respawn.

‘oriental spice’ is a drop from connacht food tasters in shalemont ravine. They are for the gaston’s pie quest in tavern that have been around for a long time, not for cooking in the oven.
