First of all, let me thank you for your patience so far. Our team is still working hard on resolving the ongoing issues with Apple Sign-In. We hope to find a solution soon.
To make the potential fix easier for us, we would like to ask you to not reinstall the game! It is not going to fix the issue.
We understand that a situation like this can be stressful, but we can already assure you that your characters are not lost. They are safe and we are working on the solution to bring them back to you soon!

Unfortunately, we won't be able to fix the ongoing Apple Sign-In problem today.
The team is still investigating and working on resolving the issue.
Once the problem got resolved, we are going to send a compensation to all the impacted accounts.
I want to thank everyone for their patience so far.
Another update on the situation is coming tomorrow during EU working hours.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to fix the ongoing Apple Sign-In problem today.
The team is still investigating and working on resolving the issue.

#4We unfortunately dont have a solution yet for the Apple Sign-In problem. The team is trying their hardest to get this problem resolved as soon as possible. As mentioned before, we are going to compensate impacted players once the issue got resolved.
