Just post on your world forum when buying and selling stuff. Firstly, tomes drop for everyone, not just rogues. Not only that, double attack is a multi-class skill,. People that are selling items will be looking on your world forum and not a random class forum. Just FYI in case you feel inclined to buy anything else.

I think he's just trying to jack up the price for his personal gain. You know, tell a noob I saw the price for tomes on the forums were 20k kinda trick. this dude already has a shady rep just sayin.
