I have two screen shots of people admitting of hacks on shout in Lirs Reach i am new to this game only level 20 druid, but in any case i thought i should report these to some sort of admin. Although i am unsure what the general policy is should i send them via email, a fourm post? thanks for the help in advance

Most likely they are just punk kids. I have seen the same messages and they are still low level so i would disregard it.
