i know that strength increases damage, but exactly how much?
would it even help a ranger who uses a bow?
does dexterity increase damage?
just some questions i have.

Dex can increase skill damage for most ranger skills while strength increases auto attack damage.

so it wouldnt help a ranger?

also btw: people always talk about auto attack and i know what it is but is there even a way to attack but NOT auto attack?
i also know in the "options" menu that you can turn it off but i notice no difference in my attack

The difference is when auto attack is on a mob will attack you and you will automatically auto attack it,... And when it's turned off and the mob attacks you won't attack it with auto attack its like your toon didn't even notice the mob lol that didn't make sense
