Celtic Heroes

This is something that happens when i log in and try to change password from INSIDE the game( it also wont let me change email).
i type in the password that i use and after that "title password incorrect" appears. Support just gives me a new password whenever i ask about it.
what is wrong with my account that it wont let ME change my own password within the game itself?

Could you PM me your details and the time that this occurred?
