Hello, to anyone who can help, i also have a conflicted account. My username is [REMOVED] and i have a few characters on that account, the only one I can remember is a warrior which is think is named aplayerhandle around lvl 100 and in the world crom. I created it long before it even came out on android and now I'm trying to log into the game on my android and get the message that my account name is conflicted, and that I need to change it. I I also tried logging back in on an iOS device and still get the same error. I added iOS to the end of the name and still didn't work. I also tried android and no success. Would love to start playing this game again. Thank you

Thank you very much. As it turns out, this was of my accounts but not my main.....my mistake. I can't remember the username for my main, and don't think I had an email set up for it. I do however have receipts for platinum bought that dates all the way back to 2014. What information do I need to try and recover the username from long ago. Thank you for your help!

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -
