I have same problem with my account.
I didn't play a lot of time. And now want to continue. It wrote: Account conflict PW.
Username : REMOVED
As i remember i have two characters on account : mage and rogue. Do not remember names.. maybe sphinyx and morgan, i really do not remember. When i played i made some purchases for platinum. Please, help me :)
the username provided appears to have been previously deconflicted.

Could you attempt to sign into "YOURUSERNAME"ios or "YOURUSERNAME"and

Thank for your help. But now i have another problem. It said me , that my password is incorrect.
Is it possible to do something with my password? I didn't register e-mail address, and now it is a big problem :( maybe i can tell you some information about my characters or account?

Have the same Problem account Name is conflictet.....

i didnt log on for a year i think

I Played on Fingal main Char is Lev 200+ Ranger dont remember exact Level sorry

i can send PW too if if its needed i bought sometimes Platin too ingame....i can provide the ingame purchases of Platin too if its help....
I've been unable to find any accounts with the details provided, could you double check your details and get back to me?

Hello now ist says username or Password is incorrect yesterday there still was the conflict now this is new to me..... i didnt Change anything... account Name for Login is REMOVED

For account retrieval / password resets you will have to contact support@onethumbmobile.com.

If you can provide them with the answers to these questions it will help speed up the process:

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

I have wrote a email to onethumb support team i hope they help me .....
loosing my account this way is not acceptable for me ....Specially because i spent to much euros for platin purchase on this account....Muldar can i come back to u when they not answer me pls?

Hi, so having returned to the game I managed to scrounge up the login to one of my old accounts but it says username is conflicted, how can i fix this?
Gwydion: level 48+ Rogue- BarefootSage (semi-active)
Arawn: level 77+ Druid: BarefootSage(inactive)
