Hello OTM,

Yet another performance issue we can't log or get kicked from the game. We are still waiting on a reimbursement from last time. no replies on tickets what so ever. no replies on mails either. top-notch customer service you guys have. but we are used to be treated like cash cows. Keep spending don't expect any service is OTM moto. what I said before your intro song should be it's all about the money money money!!!!

Fix your damn unfathomable and own up to your screw ups and reimburs your customers for your faults.

Bahahahha well said Kenny! People spend plenty of money on this game. Really wish they would get their unfathomable together

While we appreciate the feedback and are listening to your concerns, we as humans, would also appreciate you direct your feedback in a way that is not intentionally designed to insult the team.

Perhaps if you constructed your feedback in a calm and collected manner, free of insults towards the people working on fixing the problem, they would be more inclined to accept your feedback.

Instead in its current state you devalue your own posts with unnecessary insults.
