Can we please make reel-in and howl stay within our hot keys even when our fishing rod or wolf are not equipped I like to swap between fishing and fighting and it gets annoying having to re-set them all the time

The problem is that those items are the things that grant those skills. The only way I know to fix that would be if the skills came in the form of books and those items increased the skill or skill effectiveness to the appropriate degree. But that would make it so your wolf could howl without even being able to see it which would be weird.

Making it like skills like rupturewould work
