You go to Imgur.com, upload the picture, and copy the bbcode link that is shown to right of the uploaded picture. Then you paste that bbcode link (looks like [img](random%20stuff%20here)[/img]

Do exactly what regen said. Its how i managed to get my pic up there.

1. Go to http://www.imgur.com
2. If you're on phone click the cloud looking icon and select device and choose what photo. If you're on computer just select the upload buttons and choose the select from computer option.
3. After you upload it choose the option on the side which says it is from forums
4. Paste here and upload.
