always hits and does more damage than giant swing (unless youve got gear for swing in which case double attack is still better because it hits every time)

not sure if it would balance properly though

would anyone trade in some attack and dmg bonus for the speed bonus?
would reduce attack/dmg slightly for a slight speed bonus
