You don't need to finish questline for shale access, also there's a quest in tavern which opens an easy access to fingals cave

Lirs>tavern> fingals>sewer

That quest isn’t available at lvl 8 though.

Where do we go to edit the default for specific timers?

On Wednesday, Nov 21, my app froze at the loading screen. This continued for 3 days until I finally deleted and reinstalled the app. When I logged into the app my character and all of its progress was gone. What can be done to correct this?

Double check that you’ve selected the correct server.

I can play on my iPad now but still crashes every 20-30mins and extreme lag/freezing in carrow (not a lot in area) and in castle (super overcrowded).

It doesnt, but if you dont have wifi access you cant update it. Im out of town and dont have wifi access so ive been on data for 1.5 days now. So til i get back home in 2 days im unable to update.
