Its a very useful personal buff. It's like a free version of a temporary haste ring. Very very useful if u cannot afford it. It's the little things like this that OTM has put in to make it less pay-to-win that we do not notice. I agree, not enough things for a full switch. But atleast it's POSSIBLE...

Why not buff the dps of every class including rogues so rangers lvl easier but still can't be the best? Lol

i agree, sharpshot it has been messed around with it, i know for sure even with a lot of dexterity which i tested the skill is still not gonna work, and the all 'dexterity increases chance to hit' crap i miss more now when i was more strenght, i demand someone without any tricks to explain this bull...
