I wonder, has anyone tried to tackle the bosses without using bolas? (or is this even possible without a bucket-load of pots?)

Only other way is druid with 15 root.

Without bolas you literally each get 1 hittified.

Just outta curiosity, how many potions/elixirs were consumed in the process? Or was there a team of druids on standby for heals? Noone on epona has been able to take a crack at the bosses yet... On Taranis we use a mage, a druid, and a ranger. Ranger bolas the boss, and holds aggro, Mage takes care...

They dissolve into a liquid form so your attacks go straight though them.
