Depends how hard you grind, I got from 110 to 208 on a ranger in a week and had similar to less gear than what u had with no sigils, so with the gear u got and time your willing to put in it's pretty easy to hit around 210 easy

How many bars a lox do u get at 208? And is this pooper or solem

Use whatever ammy you have atm. Wyld sun ammy is decent for leveling. Stargem ammy is nice but really expensive. Eldrich valour is cheap and decent.
