Same for me. I can't connect from my home laptop, ipod, ipad, iphone 5s, or iphone 4. This was using my home wifi and 4G. But my laptop at work is able to pull up the forums. I found a way to connect from wifi. Change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and it works fine just from wifi but not 4g and in my case LTE(faster 4g)
