Maybe an occasional server wars - sorta like beta. PvP arena, or simply locking at bosses. Only take in your gears temporary and then your normal server business as usual.

Don't bring real life into what's supposed to be a game - and no one here needs to see your drama or poor attitudes.

You could add to that by documenting fairly easy what each toon has, you could then use that as a basis for gear distribution. It also makes sure people don't just keep hoarding - cause they will if allowed. Post for all to see, open and transparent might avoid the issues of favouritism. But people ...

This whole post is pointless anyway, because in most servers there are clans that take on new players, help them, gear them (based on effort and points system). So if you aren't part of one, there may be a reason for that. Don't expect people to give you gold or lux though. You might get lucky, but ...
